We are a kitchen cabinet company located in Washington State, USA.

We have a 10 year history of importing, 2 years with this supplier.

We have paid the full amount due on a shipment of product, currently located in the Tacoma Washington shipping port.
The supplier has stated that they will not release the product until we pay in full for incomplete product that is still located in China.

We want the product that is still located in China, but it is the wrong color. The factory can not get the color right. They have been trying for many months to match our Pearl white color.

I have records of emails between us and the factory.
