They missed all of our deadlines and after months of stress and pushing them they finally shipped my goods 3-4months after the agreed date. I have tried to discuss these matters with Shijiazhuang Fine Textile Co., Ltd for 6months and they will not take my phone calls, answer my skypes or respond to my emails.

I placed my second order with Shijiazhuang Fine Textile Co., Ltd. They missed all of our deadlines and after months of stress and pushing them they finally shipped my goods 3-4months after the agreed date.

We had an FOB contract but on the day my shipping company was expecting to receive the goods Shijiazhuang Fine Textile Co., Ltd decided to ship the goods with their own shipping company. They didn’t notify me or my shipping company about this. It took days to find out that this is what they’d done. I was then left to pay more for the shipping than it would have cost using my own company and the shipping took 1month longer than it would have with my company.

I was sent me many damaged items, and garments made with a different fabric to what I had agreed.

All clothing smelt toxic on arrival and every garment has had to be removed from the packaging to be aired which has been a very time consuming and expensive exercise.

I received way less garments than I paid for. even their packing list shows that they sent me less items than they charged me for.

I have tried to discuss these matters with Shijiazhuang Fine Textile Co., Ltd for 6months and they will not take my phone calls, answer my Skype messages or respond to my emails. The only replies that I got initially said they were looking in to these issues and would get back to me in 20 days. It has been 4 months since I received that email and I have still not got any replies or refund for the many issues.

Always get a reputable third party to check the product prior to making the final payment.

  1. My partner has been working in the textile industry here in China for the past 9 years. Some of the trouble he has had resembles your experience. Ive known him make upto 3 inspections on 1 order. We have a vetting process these days, when dealing with new suppliers. Many of these factories outsource new or smaller orders, and this can lead to receiving goods that are inferior. Unless you visit the factory yourself or employ a 3rd party, this will happen time and again. Another common trick they use is to get you started with a good product. But over your next few orders, they lessen the quality of materials used, until finally after maybe 3 or 4 orders, you notice what theyve been doing. Ive been here 13 years, supplying Australia and UK, and wonder why there arent more of these websites to let people know who not to buy from.
