Guangzhou Quick Print

Very rarely do I place Chinese factories on black listing websites. But when using a Printing company, you leave yourself open to having your customers and printers getting to know each other. Jerry Gong is a bare faced liar, and Quick Print have a very poor understanding of doing business with western companies. They really are more suited to Chinese customers. I have run my own export business in China for the last 13 years and only used black listing websites twice before.

I have used Guangzhou Quick Print for over 2 years. I found Jerry Gong, the manager for foreign trade quite friendly and open. However, I have recently found out that this is a façade. Probably under strict orders from his managers, Mr Gong has been in talks and now made quite a few orders with one of my customers. To me it doesn’t really matter who approached who first, and probably it began with my customer, trying to save money cutting me out of the equation, but this is my livelihood. Jerry Gong is a bare faced liar, and Quick Print have a very poor understanding of doing business with western companies. They really are more suited to Chinese customers. I have run my own export business in China for the last 13 years and only used black listing websites twice before.
I always try and deal with reputable companies here in China, and at first thought I had found an ok one. Please take note of my posting. Steer well clear of Guangzhou Quick Print, they will do the same to you.
Im hoping I get the same response as last time from this posting, when within 3 months of my first posting, I had the factory in question calling me, threatening me with legal action. There is no legal action that can be taken, as I had my own proof of the unscrupulous practices the factory used, resulting in my actions to create adverse publicity for the offending factory. If you need any more information regarding the poor business practices of Guangzhou Quick Print, I would be more than happy to help.

  1. Its been over 1 month since i first posted about this company. I went to see them and let them know i will repost monthly. Gave them the chance to pay me for my losses, but they are just too blind to see sense. The manager tried to deny he made the brochures at first but then realized that i knew too much. Apparently they also made some bad mistakes when printing, colours were wrong and they are refusing to accept responsibility. The print quality was also not as good as before.
