Lynn Chann of Chance Industries company contacted me by email, offering products that we usually purchase in China /Far east. A deal was concluded 30% prepayment balance upon receipt of goods ( invoice received). The Payment was made 27th November 2014 with the promise of goods being dispatched within 3 days. To date no goods have arrived! This company is a FRAUD beware!

A deal was concluded 30% prepayment balance upon receipt of goods ( invoice received)
Payment made 27th November 2014 with promise of goods being dispatched within 3 days-
To date no goods have arrived! Request refund of monies paid now they are requesting further 70% up front payment to = 100% prepay.

Our contact Lynn Chan refuses to give name of accounts department – continually blaming accountant and Chinese New year.

To date no refund no goods – this company is a FRAUD beware

This is the 1st time i have had problems dealing with companies in China.
It reflect badly on the Chinese market

I have tried to register on your site to contact you, but I was unable to do so. Can you please help me with some advices? Can you recommend us a lawyer or some other kind of legal help.       Sorry to learn of your problem w this supplier. But I would be happy to email you and introduce a lawyer who has helped other buyers. BTW, you mentioned you had problems registering on our site. Can you send me the url of the page that gave you problems as i would like our webmaster to fix it ASAP. Thanks!

      Your loss is substantial. Have you thought about taking legal action? Foreign companies can indeed win in China these days and I would be more than happy to introduce a good local lawyer.

      Vita Ye of Chance Industries company contacted me by email, offering products that we usually purchase in China /Far east.

      A deal was concluded Full Payment by Bank Transfer T/T , ( invoice received)
      Payment made 30th DEC 2014 with promise of goods being dispatched within 4 – 6 days
      Until Today (28.05.2015) still No products and No refund

      Exactly like you Our Contact “Vita Ye” (instead of yours Lynn Chan) refuses to give name of accounts department – continually blaming accountant, and Chinese New year.

      They are staling money, nothing else
      Before I paid that money I received many many calls,
      after payment, they never called again,
      I have to call back and ask from time to time

      Each time new excuse
      New Year,,,,
      Vita Ye Submitted a request to the Accountant ( a request for cancelling transaction and full refund)
      its always that he can not do anything, not much that he can do, the accountant as he mentioned doesn’t speak with customers directly, doesn’t even speak English.

      Each Time I ask if they refunded the money, his answer : I will contact accountant and ask him then will send you an email, of-course he doesn’t send anything

      To date no refund no goods (ALREADY 150 DAYS AND COUNTING)– this company is a FRAUD beware
