I was looking to buy Zinc Ash from China. After much search, I went to china to visit suppliers. Handan Tianmu Chemicals Co,. Ltd. was one of company I met. They took me for visit to a factory saying it’s own. I found out that it is not their then they said they are authorize distributor.

Our payment terms were 30% Advance and 70% against L/C. I transferred 25% amount and asked them to confirm me shipping date so that I can issue L/C and transfer 5% amount. However suddenly all communication stopped. Emails started getting bounced and phone was not answered ever. Most of time it was our of reach. I got worried. Eventually after pursuing a lot, they replied by email saying they will need more than 3 weeks for dispatch. I told them that according to our terms material has to be dispatched in 2 weeks from advance payment. After that I asked them to cancel order and refund my advance. I sent them cancel copy. Then they ask me to wait for a month for refund as they will refund if factory refunds. However, it has been over two months now, emails have stopped being answered and I have got no refund what so ever!

Miss Janet Lee or Ms. J. Lee is sincere sounding lady but that’s just a scam. They are more unethical people.
