We had to cancel the order. They agreed. We had to order from other supplier and paid much higher. In a week Xchieve-XXX informed us that parts arrived and they refuse to pay us back our prepayment.
For today – December 5 – there is no payment back.
NEVER DEAL WITH THIS SUPPLIER.
