I was sourcing 4G phones from Global Sources.com which I had well over 30 responses. I had made enquiries from several and had checked out a few which had fraudulent write ups about them so I avoided them.
After about 20 email exchanges between myself and Brandstar Electronics , Shanghai Brandstar Technology I Paid $460 for some sample phones via Western Union The phones were never shipped and repeated phone calls, Skype and emails went unanswered. Basically They took the money and ran!

Never prepay with Western Union or other financial instrument that can immediately be cashed.
