The products that were shipped to us, had a completely different specification than the products ordered. We ordered a 3.1A charger, but were delivered a 2.1A charger. The product we received would fall apart within a few minutes of use.
The supplier never responded to any of our emails regarding the complaint. We tried to send the complaint via Fax, but no success either. We ended up trashing the goods 🙁
Specify exactly what your requirements for a product are.
Take Pictures of all internal components (PCB) and note the PCB revision on your PO
In your QA procedure, check the final production samples before they are shipped. Once the supplier has shipped the goods, you have no chance.
