User Experience:
Order placed for machine and payment sent on the 18th August 2014 after receiving Pro Forma invoice by email. The supplier agreed to ship the machine on the 29th August 2014. Numerous attempts were made to contact the supplier by phone and email without success. We received 1 email on the 30th September 2014 apologizing for the late reply and that he would check and reply late in the afternoon. This was the last correspondence we have had from him. We are still emailing him. We also contact the Turkish Embassy in Dublin, Ireland who phoned him and spoke with him. He said that he was making the machine and would be sending it and would also contact me. None of this has happened as of yet and I don’t believe it will. We sent a message to him via his Facebook page and he took the page down 1 or 2 days later. Today is the 15th October and still no communication from the seller. We are now contacting Interpol to make a report.

User Recommendations:
Do not buy from overseas suppliers that you haven’t met in person. Better to get a letter of credit from your bank rather than paying in advance especially for new suppliers.

  1. Sorry but I only saw your reply today. I haven’t heard anything from them since. I see they have a new website at http://www.simpamakina.com and are back trading again. I’m sure I will ‘bump’ into them at a trade show in the near future. They need to realise that they can’t get away with closing a company and then reopen with money they have stolen from you and me and I’m sure others too. I will never forget and am determined to chase them to the end.
