I found the vendor on alibaba.com and asked for a quote for their Callaway Strata Golf Bags. They quoted me $1000 to include shipping and transport, via Fed Ex and all taxes. I accepted their terms, they sent me an invoice with wiring instructions and I wired the money. 2 days later they contacted me and told me that I need to give them $500 more because they did not anticipate the cost of taxes and shipping to be so high. I told them I cannot pay the extra money and I requested a refund. They told me it would take 2-3 business days. After 4 business days of receiving nothing, I reported them to alibaba.com. They are ‘investigating’ but the vendor still has their site up and is selling their product. I have sent 6+ emails to my contact with no response back.
Go with an oversees company that is established!
