User Experience:
Clothing was extremely poorly made, not resembling the advertised image at all. Holes in some areas, incomplete stitching, stains, chemical smells, fabric so thin it would not survive washing. Sizes were all inconsistent, none of them correct. Example 3 different dresses of the same size would fit 3 different sized people. Some were stitched completely crooked with differences up to 5 inches. Opening for the neck too small, arms too tight to fit, some waistlines measuring under 24 in. for a size XL
Clothing was so bad it could not even be donated! Then there was no communication. Phone numbers incorrect, email not responded to, tracking numbers incorrect.
Shipping charges based on weight of product, when delivered actual weight was less than half.

User Recommendations:
Every single company has hundreds of extreme complaints against it, varying from orders not shipped, orders placed – weeks later claimed not in production anymore,
broken or not working, wrong sizes, wrong color, wrong item, sewing that could have been done better by a child, fabric so thin it wouldn’t make it through a wash, and numerous more!

The one thing in common is they always have your money in their pocket. Refunds are very seldom given, only partial refunds. Most complainants tell of waiting months to a year before finally giving up. Being blocked from phone calls, their account disabled, no responses to emails, even not refunding for out of stock items.
People who have tried to cancel their orders are delayed and not responded to until finally someone tells them “Oh that has already shipped we can’t refund you”

  1. I ordered from Rosegal 3 weeks ago. I ordered two shirts my size, large. what I got in the mail a few days ago was the worst quality I have ever seen in all my life. And we’ve been buying imported goods for 25 years! Both shirts were so small I doubt a 10 yr old girl could wear them. The colors were not the same as the images and one of the shirts was so poorly made there is no way I could wash it in a washer. The so called “crochet” lace was machine made with visible seems that had bird-nests of thread knotted on the outer sleeves, neck and hem. I did request a refund, that was two days ago. I found a blog where there were literally hundreds of women complaining about poor quality, refused refunds, partial shipments and sizing that was WAY off!! It’s obvious that it’s just a money making scam. The shirts I ordered were so poorly made and SO cheap that they didn’t even want me to return them to get a refund. That’s pretty pathetic. Several designers have accused them of stealing their dress designs and copying them, one woman said they stole the an actual PICTURE off her etsy site, not just the design, her PHOTO too! If and when I get my refund and/or replacement I will NEVER buy from them again. I also plan on writing and publishing my experience and warning as many people as I can. perhaps reporting them to the BBB is a good idea too, or consumer affairs.

    1. This company has so many complaints and yet still advertises on Facebook and click bait ads. They steal pictures of good merchandise post them and sell you cheap Chinese JUNK. NOTICE THE MODELS NEVER HAVE ANY HEADS. They can be sued for using a real person representing these SCAM companies. DO YOU WASTE YOUR US $$$$$ ON THIS JUNK
