The pre-sales service was timely and very courteous. They provided machine specifications, answered all our questions and had a very professional price list and web site.

Everything looked good until the payment was received. They said shipment was forthcoming and now almost two weeks later they do not answer emails or respond.

User Recommendations:
I did not verify the telephone number and business license of the company. Also, I would only send money in escrow and not prepay. We had ordered several times from other suppliers through Alibaba and had great success.

Verify company name and address. This company looked identical to a very popular Chinese electronic brand, and I did not notice the slight variation until after the fact.
