User Experience:
This company present a very professional upfront. There was an agreement with allocated timeline and payment fee. However, when faced with technical difficulties, they often went MIA or did not response to email at all. Pointing to busy schedule and did not check. Response from which often comes in after 1-2 months time. When work is done, it was of poor quality with no testing at all. Did not admit their mistake and start to scold client for delaying payment. This results in project not delivered and termination of contract when money is already paid up to 40%.
User Recommendations:
Do not buy from this supplier! Buy at your own risk and you will be the next person writing this painful experience.
In reference to the post, published on Sept 06, 2014 we would like to hereby express our firm position and to fully disagree with its content. We believe that the comments in question have been made with the only aim to undermine the good reputation that Dtail Studio has among its clients and we would like to apply for its deletion.
The author of the post was a client of Dtail Studio during the period Sept 2012 – Sept 2014. We would like to stress that all and any services rendered to him have been always of high professional quality. It is true that the initially agreed term for execution of the services to the client was prolonged, but this is only due to the fact that the specification of the initial assignment was supplemented and the client agreed that additional functionality and graphic updates are to be made. The additional time necessary to be spent on the new assignment was calculated by us on the basis of the volume of the work and the necessary professional efforts and was properly communicated with the client who fully accepted and agreed on the new terms. We would like to clearly stress that for the purpose of building our good relations with the client we did not require additional fee for the additional services, however, the client who obviously decided to put their project on hold due to his personal reasons even did not pay us the fee due for the initially agreed and already executed work. For this purpose, we refused to continue working on the additional assignment until all outstanding due and payable fees are paid.
Given the above, we strongly believe that the information in the post is not accurate and would like to ask for its immediate deletion.
