Base on that i send my own sample over, from then onward he talk to me he had problem on the PU as there is MOQ price on the PU so he send a another quotation to me this is much more higher but promise free sample. when the sample send to me is not the same sample as i want and i quire him he just say sorry is his problem promise give another sample but due to the PU had some issue i need to talk to the my customer for approval and i hope to redo the sample. As the my customer agree some minor changes i ask him for confirm sample please ensure everything is base on my requirement than he ask for sample fee, then i bring out the issue he had brought then he say don’t had money as each month had only usd 200 for sample from the company then i agree to do in the first week of September then both side agree, come on next day he send me another quotation this time the price much more higher saying page and sheet is different so had to recalculate, as i send my own sample over to him he can notify me on this but he did not some more he already increase the price on the second quotation. this make me mad just say bye bye to him.
