User Experience:
This Chinese supplier refused to supply documents when goods arrived in Australia after we had paid them and they had said to have given all necessary documents: original hard copy of the HBL.
During the production stage that was agreed to be 6 weeks that actually took 12, the supplier would not answer the phone, they would not respond to emails and would hang up on us when we contacted them. The communication when it occurred was unprofessional and we still are yet to receive our goods. This is one email after they ignored us was this:
We do not need the money .

Why you did not admit the mistake ?

The Punishment : we will give you the B/L on the 11th , December .
