User Experience:
1X20 container of gift paper was shipped in July 2014, we paid the total amount of the invoice after shipment and Bill of Landing copies but the factory did not send the original BL and shipping documents to release the container. Container already arrived to port of destination and factory did not send the original BL and shipping documents to release the container. There is no way to get the container from customs in destination COLOMBIA SOUTH AMERICA if we do not get the shipping documents. The factory in China said they sent the documents but that is not true… They got a mistake and sent some samples instead shipping documents, they lost the shipping documents in factory. We need the factory send the ORIGINAL documents to release the container.

The container arrived to the port of destination in COLOMBIA SOUTH AMERICA and we can’t release the container without the original documents. According to the sales contract we paid the invoice on time and we have the right to get the original documents before the cargo arrive to the port of destination. There is not proof the documents was sent and the factory doesn’t want to be responsible for this situation.
