I have purchased from Chinese companies for several years, whilst the process is not an easy experience, in general most are genuine and do their best.

Sadly this is my first experience from a company clearly with no intentions of building a business relationship but purely to obtain monies for goods which they had no intentions of supplying.

I have had many emails ignored over the last couple months, promises to supply the goods, even been informed goods ready for dispatch, then no replies. There should be many more websites like this one which informs people of the less than honest suppliers overseas and happy to list the company who has been less than professional and should be avoided.
