User Experience:
After visiting Hong Kong lighting show samples were ordered and shipped to UK.
Price and other details such as lead time for product and TUV were agreed.
Deposit was paid 3/3/14
I was then told that a different brand of power supply had to be substituted. 11/3/13
I reluctantly agreed.
The goods were to be ready on last week of March or the first week of April.
They were ready on 15/4/14 which caused delay and additional shipping costs for some other goods.. A sample was sent to me but unfortunately the quality was poor.
At this point I had lost trust with the company and didn’t trust them to provide the agreed TUV so I decided to wait before making the final payment
The TUV certification was only provided 28/7/14 and it did not include the substituted driver in the report!
I decided enough was enough and have cancelled the order. I am still waiting for a refund.
Dear Admin
Thank you for your reply.
Please note however that the supplier is still easily pulled up by searching for their name on Google as the name is still shown as below:
IriXX Xotom (Hubei) Photoelectricity Co. Ltd, AOTOM LED
Thanks again.

Thanks for your email. We are a group of volunteers staffing SBL so it may take a while to review and make an adjustment, per your request. But i’ll ask the webmaster to look into it. Please keep in mind that when making a post you agreed to follow the terms of use at https://www.supplierblacklist.com/forum-rules/ which indicate comments are not reviewed and can’t be removed. We simply don’t have any staff so it’s impossible to review and adjust all the listing. But as a favor, because a volunteer had some time earlier, we removed the identity of the supplier by adding the XXX in the code. I’ll ask the part time webmaster what else can be done, but know that in past cases, after a bit of time google will update and the connection will not longer pop up in their search.
thanks again
Hi
Please advise how I may remove this report.
Supplier Blacklist has been instrumental in bringing this matter to a resolution, so we would be pleased to send a “thank you”, either direct to yourselves, or to a charity of your choice.
Thanks

ledman,
Thanks for the update. Glad you had a positive outcome and happy to hear Supplier Blacklist played a role in the process. I’ll update the post later today to remove the identity of the seller now that your case has been resolved.
Thank you for the offer to make a donation to http://www.SupplierBlackList.com, but as we are a group of volunteers rather than a company, we are not set up to receive funds. We don’t even have a bank account, I am happy to say! But we do have some service providers in our network that go out of their way to help the users of the supplier blacklist. So if you want to extend a “thanks”, kindly take a moment to review http://www.SourcingServiceCenter.com to see if any of those firms could be of service to you. That would be a wonderful “thank you”.
