I purchased a tablet and after a few days had a problem with touch screen, I contact with etoptime2011 to inform them for the defective tablet, after some conversation to convince me that it is a software problem i tried every solution he gave me but the problem was still occur. Finally he agreed to send him the tablet back for testing and then for replacing or refund. I send the tablet with post office and tracking number RE182817365GR on 27/05/2014 after almost 1 month I contact again on 21/06/2014 to check if the parcel arrive and this is when the odyssey of excuses and problems occurred. Until 29/07/2014 the couldn’t find the parcel and when i mention that i think that the trying to make a fraud on me and i would file a complaint to Federal Trade Commission and on Internet Crime Complaint Center suddenly they found it and offer me a refund. Today at 12/08/2014 i still waiting the refund to be arranged on my paypal account and I’ve heard more excuses for the delay and not arrange it.
Etoptime2011 for my opinion according my experience has very bad customer care and trying to fool the customer.
