First, the company has sent us 5 different shades of the porcelain tiles, that were completely different from the color we’ve ordered. it’s pretty normal to receive 2 or 3 different shades when the quantity is too big, but this is the first time that I receive 5 shades. Secondly, we have a payment problem. The advanced payment of 30% for the total of the order amount had been paid when they decided to increase the total quantity. For this reason, we have reviewed the entire schedule of payments, deducting the amount already deposited entry and including the difference in the amount of the balance to be paid. We’ve sent this to the supplier detailed described in an excell file. However, the vendor forgot that and after we make the payment of all orders, he said there was a remaining balance of $ 1400.00 and refused to ship the goods. The total order was more than USD 135,000, that were entirely paid correctly. As this product demands Import License to be cleared, we try to make the payment via bank deposit to the company representative in Brazil. The representative made everything really difficult and we finally needed to ask for a replacement LI and pay for new rates. Even if already paid more than $ 130,000, they did not board issue. I sent the deposit receipt (could not send swift because the bank takes up to 3 days to issue) in order to speed up the loading of the ship for Monday (04/08). The ship was not loaded because the provider did not accept the voucher and we lost the booking. Now, we have to pay a freight valued updated and USD 400 more expensive.

I’ll never buy from this Chinese supplier anymore. Our company was their client for over 3 years, always paid correctly, but they didn’t make anything easy for us. I advise other buyers to never buy from this supplier, because they are unprofessional and don’t care about the client.
