After receiving a sample of the product we were looking for, last 23rd May we placed an order with such a company for 24 tons of recycled GPPS to be paid by means of irrevocable letter of credit payable at sight against shipment documents delivery. All import documents were showing the description of goods (even the load inspection certificate, certificate of insurance of goods and also the certificate of origin!) but we received on 31st July at our factory a container shipped through Mediterranean Shipping company with about 11.940 kg of sand!!!! We have presented a claim to our Spanish authorities and also to your Chinese embassy in Madrid (Spain).

We would like you show this company on your website as a fraudulent one since we paid for 24 tons of GPPS and not for 11.940 kg of sand!!!! Since we presented our claim to them we did not hear from them!!!! Facts like these showing a clear lack of ethics and honesty are those that tarnish the image and destroy the efforts of Chinese entrepreneurs who struggle every day to open their companies to foreign trade.
