User Experience:
I recently bought goods for over $5000 from Tev Electronics co., limited, which has a site at http://tevdzic.theicstock.com/
I asked for pictures before sending goods and everything looked ok. I asked my Chinese business agent to check on them and everything looked OK. But when I received and tested the ICs (some flash memories) they were all not working, NONE of them worked.
They came in very nice package like original and looked brand new. After further tests it turned out that they were FAKE chips made on demand for my order. These people have a complete system of making chips with empty core. Unbelievable!
I’ve been trying to contact them and make a claim and they don’t answer anymore. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
User Recommendations:
You should always use a Escrow service and pay little by little. Sorry to be generalistic, but you can’t trust Chinese.
Rlodato2 and jnjoey,
Sorry to hear you were also hit by this underperforming supplier. Please take a moment to submit a “report a bad supplier” form. If the supplier has multiple reports from multiple buyers, the exposure will be that much greater and a better chance other buyers will avoid this scam.
Thanks for your help!
BTW, if your loss is more than a few 1000 USD it would make sense to have an English speaking Chinese lawyer issue a demand letter. But if the loss is less than a few 1000 USD, it generally doesn’t make economic sense to spend a few 100 USD on a demand letter + potential litigation.
Please advise if you would like introductions.
They took our mney and never sent parts…wouldnt reply to us even
I think I’m having the exactly same experience with you.
Here is Korea.
So , didn’t you get the payment back at the end?
is there any ways to get money back and sue them to not to stride the internet ?
