Purchased what I thought was cheaper Tiffany jewellery. The website looked authentic, 30 day refunds and secure payment site. Jewellery arrived. Looked nothing like the pictures, obviously fake and incorrect items sent. Contacted them to arrange to send items back and get refund. They told me not to send the items back due to postage costs and they would organise refund. They told me this for seven weeks.then two days ago I got an email offering a refund that day if I accepted 50 per cent. I know I was stupid but still upset. Third party payment company billtwou.com no help either. Keep saying they don’t have to give me a refund. Keep well clear.
Don’t buy from China.
