This company produce rending machine which we have a contract with them as a sole agent in the Middle East region that contract has been signed at their place in China.
We had been advertising the machine in Egypt and the whole regions stated in our agreement at the web, news paper, translating and printing their catalogs, paying visits to construction companies and many other way of advertising.
Our website is www.mashegy.com, we have imported three machines and taking a place at the coming construction show Interbuild hich will be held at the Cairo convention center on 12-16 June 2014. Now my complaint against the company is that the three machine did not operate properly (they are at the warehouse can be seen at any time, photo and video available too).

According to our contract the company must send a specialist to fix the machine, but they refuse doing that (they said they have been send the specialist to other importer and the machine has not been fixed which their specialist has been stuck at the importer country till the problem has been solved how I don’t know).

That shows us that this company is a fake company cannot be trusted!
We have been spending a lot (machine price, shipping, custom, advertising, and time. We try to build good business, but it seems that they do not care.
