In short: I made a point of agreeing a delivery date with Chris from Bisen Industrial Co in China before I ordered, as the products were for an event on a specific day. The goods arrived 8 days after the agreed date, and his promised compensation has never materialised. The supplier stopped answering the telephone when I called back to get tracking number. Lied about shipping date and then tried to blame Fedex.

OF COURSE IT WAS NOT SENT ON MONDAY 3RD. I CALLED ON THURSDAY 6TH TO GET THE TRACKING NUMBER.
I phoned Chris on Thursday morning, “I will give you the tracking number in 10 minutes”. After an hour I still did not have the tracking number and when I called back he had suddenly become unavailable for all Thursday and Friday. Finally spoke to his colleague at 4pm on Friday who said he would be back in 30 mins and would give me a call. Obviously no call came and when I called back there was no answer.

TRACKING ON FEDEX WEBSITE – GOODS WERE ONLY PICKED UP ON THURSDAY 6TH MARCH EVENING FROM THE FACTORY, EVENT WAS ON 7TH MARCH IN VANCOUVER.

ACTUAL DELIVERY DATE: Wed 3/12/2014 11:50 am (8 DAYS LATE). JUST ONE LIE AFTER ANOTHER, AND THEN TRIES TO BLAME FEDEX FOR THE DELAY. THIS WAS ONE OF MY NEW BEST CLIENTS AND THIS COMPANY HAS MADE ME LOOK VERY BAD.

User Recommendations:
Agree a compensation percentage before the order is placed if delivery is late. Say 10% if 5 days late and 5% each day after that. Pay after receiving B/L (Bill of Lading)

    I am not sure if this is fake supplier or not? How should I claim for my money or parcel I ordered from China?
    I paid full payments for 3 items, worth 563.8USD, I made payments through Western Union

    Supplier then sent to me a tracking number, for me to make follow up, result after making a close follow up is shown below:
    1. In the first tracking number RI3339515137CN I revealed that, tracking number is not for me, but is for another person, details on Post office Dar es Salaam show the owner is LOIZOS OAKIN with mobile no. +255784304541
    2. In the second tracking number that supplier give to me, i.e. RI353110403CN the owner is Shadad
    Damad at Kigamboni Dar es Salaam parcel is not that I order from RT Electronic Co LTD, the parcel was just a small envelop and not those items I ordered.
    I am frustrated, I am discouraged by the supplier, I don’t know how should I get back my money or those
    items.
