User Experience:
First purchase was 600×600 panel lights, unfortunately the actual size was not specified and the factory didn’t ask, so we got too big panels that could not be used in a grid. Hanging hardware was missing, and factory wouldn’t supply them. Packaging weak, some shipment damage. After six months of use the drivers started failing and the panels started showing color temperature shift, one side different than other. Factory refused to send replacements.

Second purchase was for E40 street light bulbs. Good light output but they started failing in use. Not possible to get replacement bulbs under warranty.

As with Chinese factories, there is no warranty, and bigger your problem less you hear from them.

User Recommendations:
Better not buy anything from Asian (editorial note; without a professional 3rd party, experienced in sourcing in China), they are small one room operation. You can easily get in trouble if there is a buyer who has more power = suddenly your order and money would disappear. You can see that in the delivery times that keep slipping.
