WELLFAITH COMPANY In CHINA and HONG KONG Claiming their products are brand new. We purchase 50pcs of cell phone brand new after two weeks that we sold our phone almost all of our clients claiming the phone are dead after recharging.
We cant have refund so we send back the 46 phone last Dec 2006 after calling so many times if the phone are repair and they hang the phone so many time saying cannot speak English.
Last April 17 we receive a mail saying its repair and will send back the products. It took almost four months to repair.
So we have to pay again the delivery charge. We remit the 288 Dollar for delivery charge. Products send back last April 20.
But after checking it again almost half of it are still DEAD PHONE, I called again to talk to CHRIS FANG but as usual that person is not available someone claiming who cannot speak English always hanging the phone. I email so many times but i dont received any response at this moment.
Half of the products are ok when we tested it but after selling it, another clients claiming the phone dead after 1 day.
