Megasoft (Fujian) Hygeine Products Co., Ltd sent me samples of the product and also emailed me some pictures. I went ahead and placed the order. When the goods arrived, the quality and products were completely different to what I confirmed.
I have agreed with one of the owners that I will introduce him to South African businesses and in exchange he will pay me a 5% commission on every order placed with him via these companies. After introducing the supplier to South African companies he began to negotiate with them directly and transact without keeping me updated or even telling me he was doing so.
I actually sold a machine and refused the terms “turnkey installation”. I offered to fly to supervise commissioning at my cost, no warranty was given. After many delays caused by the buyer, the machine arrived at his plant and was installed. While I was solving PLC problems from home office, the buyer claimed to have hired a regional electrician at USD$8,000 and claimed that back from me.
I met the owner/manager Mr Ethan Hunt on exhibition in Hongkong. Their 3D-printer looked interesting. I went to see their factory in Shenzhen and placed a small test order plus some consumables, total USD 24.000. I had a constant contact with Ethan Hunt and also met again and all seemed ok. Then he could not deliver and agreed to pay me back my money. I sent him an invoice which he has not paid.

I bought from that supplier many times but once Italian custom blocked me the items and sequestered them as not original like declared. Now the company in China even don’t want to refund me. It is a very bad experience.
It took more than 9 month delay to get order ready after 3 visit to supplier to inspect the situation. The product given molds for plastic cap production and bottles are really very bad quality. This Chinese supplier is really not professional and has no idea about making molds, but is just cheating people.
We had around 2 years of cooperation experience and came across a defective shipment. The seller acknowledged the defects promising to cover them. Then he started to bargain about the claim. Then he started to bargain about the exchange rate. Finally, he said he had transferred the claimed amount to us. Since we did not get anything, we tried to get back to him for the comments.
We had like 2 years of normal experience and placed another order. 2 weeks before the order due date, we tried to get in touch with the Chinese supplier for a production inspection, but all calls were ignored. Our representatives visited the factory ourselves just to see the abandoned premises.
I ordered 3 lots of batteries in increasing volumes from this supplier who is Robert Chang also operates as Splendid battery. www.splendidbattery.com. The first 2 smaller orders were delivered satisfactorily however the 3rd order was delayed by over 5 months. It did arrive but was only 95% complete. The manufactured (Robert Chang) apologised profusely for the delay and said the outstanding units and RMA replacements would be on the next shipment. The next shipment was delayed by 6 months again and it was only partially filled.
