I went on black Friday sale at Pandora which took me to a website which was posing as a Pandora site it never stated China or I wouldn’t have touched it with a barge pole I’m absolutely shocked that people would do this i didn’t realize it was even overseas until they took payment and I was charged for the exchange
E*** promised service to take the hassle out of importing from China with no hidden charges. There were indeed hidden charges of almost £1,000 GPB more than the initial quotation. On another order goods arrived in UK and were instantly seized by Trading Standards despite Adam Gilbourne giving his guarantee that all safety standards were in place.
I ordered a pair of fitflop sandals online through this website, I didn’t know where they were coming from as the website looked authentic to me. When the sandals arrived I saw that they were posted from China and on opening them the quality was not up to standard of genuine fitflops plus they didn’t fit me. I decided to return for a refund and contacted seller by email for return address or label.
I was very satisfied with the samples from Shanghai Lailing Foreign Trade Co.,Ltd. They required that I send wire transfer, stating that he could not receive transmissions of over $500 via PayPal. On the day I expected the package to arrive here in the U.S., I received an envelope that contained silk cuttings. I sent a photo of the package to the vendor to ask why I received this. His response is that he accidentally sent my order to India! He has since refused to refill my order!
Bought in good faith on receipt wrong size wrong pattern and possibly a cheap copy. No returns policy poor communications excuse after excuse and in the end I have had to book the whole thing to experience.
Our company has appointed Union-Trans International Freight Co,Ltd to deliver our goods from Shanghai to Kazanlak, Bulgaria via air (DAP). During the process; we understand that Union-Trans International Freight Co.Ltd. has booked the shipment via Sky Logistics International Co.Ltd who booked the shipment via Air France Cargo. However, until now there are no action taken and it was causing our goods delay for 10 days from the quoted delivery date. Due the above, we are facing claim from our client and may loosing chance to get repeat order.
I recently ordered a pair of Zoot brand shoes from a company based in Shanghai, for which I was issued a receipt for AUD175.12. After more than 2 weeks, I received my order, except what I had been sent was a vastly inferior pair of Nike shoes, which can be purchased in Australia for AUD24.99.
We bought an item on http://www.eattruthfully.com.au/, but they delivered another (much cheaper) one. We tried to complain, but there was no communication from their side at all.
After two and a half months, Guoke Zhang claims he sent the parcel but that I didn’t sign for it so that it was returned to him. He then demanded another $20 to re-send the product. However, I never received it. The tracking shows the parcel never left China!
I was told how much each unit would cost and Mr Andrew responded with their offer. I sent the money to Western Union. For some reason can’t find any supplier of electronics in china that accept payment via credit card or an Escrow account. My items were supposedly shipped but then a few days later, I received an email from Mr. Andrew stating that the port authority wanted another $150.
