Ordered direct from manufacturer dealing with sales manager. Sales manager left company and was dealing with new sales manager. Now the company has become uncontactable. My shipping company isn’t able to make contact. No answer to emails or phone calls.
We had around 2 years of cooperation experience and came across a defective shipment. The seller acknowledged the defects promising to cover them. Then he started to bargain about the claim. Then he started to bargain about the exchange rate. Finally, he said he had transferred the claimed amount to us. Since we did not get anything, we tried to get back to him for the comments.
