Langxian Co., Ltd. lists all the hot items on site, with a price cheaper than at the other sites yet not insane. Then you receive any item he has on stock, then you complaint, then he asks you to accept the error on their end and accept the items, with a small refund, then he stalls for 2 months as to the refund amount, then he confirms the amount and payment, then after 7 days he sends out fake payment confirmation form with a note of additional 4-6 weeks until amount shows up on your account.
We signed cancellation agreement and he promised to refund the down payment but he never did. It is 3 months now, and they keep saying silly funny reasons of not being able to refund us the down payment. When we traced their mail later, we discovered it had been sent from Hong Kong not UK!
I paid this Chinese supplier upfront, all the monies, and then he sends me only half of what I paid for! I asked for a refund but he did not refund any money neither did he bother to send the remaining parts!
Horrible! I asked for a purse on the on March 2nd. Paid for it March 8th. On March 10th they told me they sold it on the 9th even tho I paid on the 8th. Then they said to wait for more to be produced. I waited 2 weeks. Contacted them again and asked for a refund or to pick out a different bag. I sent my choices and they said they would send me one I didn’t choose at all.
The supplier simply asked for 60% of the invoice to be transferred up front, which we did through a direct Telex Transfer. The supplier then did not deliver, and when contacted they keep promising that they will refund the payment end of the month. It kept going for more than 6 months with promises of refund.
Faulty goods were supplied and I was asked to return the items for a refund or replacement. Goods were shipped back at my cost and the supplier then offered a refund minus deductions such as transaction fees and shipping cost which was almost 50% of the full amount. But the story goes on…
I realized after purchasing the item that it was the wrong item for the intended purpose, so before the item was marked as dispatched, I sent a message requesting the supplier to cancel the order and refund my money, they did not, they instead marked the order as dispatched, then replied telling me it was too late to cancel the order. I do not believe the order had left their facility by this time, as not enough time elapsed between the initial purchase, my message, the item being marked dispatched, and the company’s reply.
Purchased the Led products from Solaroasis through there partnership with ledgrowmaster. The lamps were paid for in full including shipping as I would have begun distributing in Europe. The partnership split and with that in effect the lamp was returned to the manufacturer. They offered a refund but have since retracted on that as it has now been since June 2013.
I found Brandon Poly Krowt on alibaba.com and asked for a quote for their Callaway Strata Golf Bags. They quoted me $1000 to include shipping and transport. They told me it would take 2-3 business days. After 4 business days of receiving nothing, I reported them to alibaba.com.
Items not as advertised poor quality and very poor customer service. Refusal of refund.. Never go direct to an Alibaba supplier. Gold ratings mean nothing.
