Do not make any prepayments, but then most of the Chinese suppliers refuse to make the order. China is most unreliable. Not even the Banks would help you and the Police does not care at all.
After we completed the sampling process which took at least 6 months it took another 6 months to send a correct PP sample, get approval and produce the bulk. After, they received the money they asked to pay the balance or they will sell the goods next week. Crazy!! We had no choice but to pay for it to get the goods
Old story, if it seems too good of a deal, it probably is. Distributor contacted me from a buy lead on Alibaba, samples sent, price agreed, then once money was paid, a lot of emails wanting me to wait for this or that & due to further investigation found it was all a scam!
I paid for genuine OEM products as agreed with supplier in China and got all photos etc to ensure the product was genuine! They sent me fake goods of very poor quality and 3 broke in first use!
We always contacted China King Trade Co., Ltd. via email. When it came time to make the payment could not be made for their site and credit card. The only way to pay them was Western Union, and with much fear and doubt agreed to pay. Being my first purchase did not feel sure I pay them.
I have imported so many things, mostly from USA and European suppliers, they are more trustworthy than Chinese suppliers. Please note when you order your goods from China its 50-50 whether you get your products or you scammed
We purchased LCD projectors from Firmbase Limited (He Yong Jin (何勇進) for 2 years. As the purchase orders increased in dollar amounts, the company split up. They claimed the products were ready to ship and requested payment. Since then they have not shipped the cargo. Both Albert Chan and He Yong Jin’s company of Firmbase Limited were bankrupt but yet still requested a wire.
We paid 30% deposit to Linqu County Maoxiang Strap Weaving Factory in March 2016, and the supplier’s contact is called Kevin Ma, also called Chuanguang Ma. He promised us that he would finish the production as soon as possible. The truth is that so far we lost contact with him, he did not start the production, and he did not refund us the deposit.
