I ordered 5 pc. of Dji phantom drones. He Mikel Li or Sophie Xie wanted the money in up front. I sent him the whole amount. After that he sent me a wrong tracking number. On my desire for to become the real tracking number he explained me by email, he has get the wrong tracking number from DHL. When I try to contact him, it was for nothing. He didn’t answer my calls no more, in Skype he stay online, but he don’t answer me.
I ordered a package in the summer. The seller sent the parcel with the Chinese track ID (valid only until the border of China). Now I doubt that the seller sent the parcel. Two months later, I opened a dispute. The seller is politely asked to close the dispute.
First TVC Mall have no knowledge of product they gave wrong Information of correct items I were to need to order for item then they sent all wrong stuff. then I had to pay to send back. and almost 2 months later and they will not refund my money back into my account for merchandise returned.

I saw the electronics products were cheap and the products were some of very demanded and costly products. Do not direct transfer payment to bank account. Do not fall for cheap products compared to other online website.
Yulan Electrical Co., Ltd say they will make my order ready in 7 days. 9 days passed and the lamp is still not ready. Later they said, they made the lamp, but on the same day they dropped the lamp and it was destroyed. They say they need 9 more days to fix it. I say no because I have a contract whit my client and want them to refund my money.
I bought ten trackers. They were supposed to be expressed to me. Right to home. Instead I got a call from the airport that I am supposed to clear these. Then the said the supplier had to get type approval for the specific tracker. Because it was the first time it was being shipped to Jamaica and the supplier was responsible for paying a one time approval fee of US $350.
A man named Michael was emailing with me (email@example.com ) to create my custom printed bags, with my logo on them, for my store. He had sent me 2 printed samples with my logo in the sizes I requested. Then I placed my order and I have not received my bags, nor any emails from Michael. I have tried to contact him every day for the last month and he has not responded.
If you buy goods from China you will have serious problem to cover the warranty as I have. I contact with UMI for screen problem and they send me to the resales (Sunsky I buy it) and the resales don’t accept to cover the warranty and asking money. UMI says in the website 2 Years warranty and resale accept only 1 Year. But they do the best to avoid to cover warranty!!
I bought from that supplier many times but once Italian custom blocked me the items and sequestered them as not original like declared. Now the company in China even don’t want to refund me. It is a very bad experience.
