Lapin supplied LED light bulbs that failed the SGS test, the importer tried to get their money back or replacement products but the factory ignored him. We also tried a letter from a Chinese law firm to see how that would work out. After the importer had worked over 20 Chinese LED bulb manufactures and more than half of them had problems he changed his buying methods.
It was specified in the first trial order that the cables need to withstand cold weather and made out of rubber. When the shipment arrived and one flood light was installed outside, the power cable cracked.. This is a typical “Made in China, no warranty” case, the factory simply comes up with excuses and ignores the client.
>First purchase was 600×600 panel lights, unfortunately the actual size was not specified and the factory didn’t ask, so we got too big panels that could not be used in a grid. Hanging hardware was missing.
Purchased LED light bulbs for home use. They failed SGS test and were pulled out of the market, no responsibility from the factory. The importer has over 20 LED factories that have warranty problems, I will go through all of them.
My Chinese Friend find something out: Finally, I do suggest you mail him again, and told them the address of their Bank is in Jian Guomen Sub-Branch…
I am very unhappy as we lost $3800USD on a batch of very poor quality products. We were originally sent samples and had ordered a prototype with the company. I did have some concerns with our prototype with the black print coming off the lids on each Dosette which state days of the week. Other samples sent to us seemed to be ok.
