The products specifications are not as described and when i tried to rate negative their products in their site they refused to post my reviews. I communicated with them and they never posted my reviews.

When you see that all ratings are positive and not even one buyer have any problem something is going wrong.
Just how wrong can a purchase of LEDs be? I’ve purchased almost 1,000 LEDs of all descriptions from BangGood, every one of them is checked as they arrive and because their count is normally more than I’ve paid for any DOAs on arrival is more than compensated for.
I’ve heard this “They didn’t post my negative review” Anyone can go to BangGood and read the reviews, believe me negative reviews are definitely posted. They do however refuse to post reviews which contain bad language, or are abusive. They make this quite clear when you make a review. One only has to look at some of the comments BangGood allow to appear on their forums to know they don’t edit or censor them.
Honest and genuine reviews are definitely posted, I know because I’ve both posted some myself and read many others. The other thing some buyers don’t realise is that the reviews are for the specific item on that listing. Posting complaints regarding other matters can be posted elsewhere, if it has nothing to do with the actual item then why should they post it? Many buyers also believe their comment is left immediately they click on that send button. Again BangGood makes it clear that each of them is checked prior to them posting it. Due to work constraints I’ve seen a few of my reviews take over a week to appear.
It’s a shame these people making these complaints aren’t made to also include the review which failed to be posted. Perhaps then we may find a valid reason for it not being posted.
