I traveled to China and visited the company office and factory. I purchased the production line and had it shipped (imported) to the US. The company was good at communicating before, during, and post delivery until I had a nearly fatal malfunction with one of the machines. The wood chipped was not constructed properly and upon testing had a catastrophic malfunction completely destroying itself and nearly killing an employee.
Shenzhen Global Weiye Clothing Co., Ltd. sent emails directly to our customer for the repeat order, along with the previous order email trail which gave away our pricing, supplier details, and order information. This is a large and locally owned NZ enterprise which we gain many orders from. Luckily they forwarded the emails to us for our comment.
I exchanged emails with the Chinese supplier Shenzhen Arnhem Technology Co., Ltd. and agreed on the order and the cost. I arranged a bank transfer from my bank to the supplier’s bank in China and then waited for dispatch details. Since they received the money I have not heard from them again.
We had a very bad experience with this Chinese seller, we purchased a 3d printer in Oct -15 and received delivery after a month (Air freight paid by us).
The product which we received was broken and not in proper operational condition.
I got scammed by a rogue Chinese supplier with a false website! I ordered a DJI Phantom 4 for US$649 from supposed OEM manufacturer in Shenzhen, China. Very convincing website www.chinanexcii.com. Goods never arrived – Email received asking for more money to clear customs. Can’t believe I was so stupid!!!
Goods were shipped to Spain but all the crates were broken or damaged and aluminum were warped and twisted. The Chinese manufacturer agreed in writing to compensate but after 6 months they have also twisted their words and do not want to pay for all the rejects anymore.
